For most college students, career advancement is the primary reason for pursuing a degree or credential. Yet, the rising cost of higher education has made reaching that goal more challenging than ever.

Western Governors University (WGU) aims to remove these barriers through affordable, flexible degree programs tailored to today's diverse learners. To assess how well WGU is delivering on this mission, the university partners with Gallup to conduct an annual alumni survey measuring key postgraduation outcomes and compare them to those of bachelor's degree holders nationwide.
